Welcome to Ruthlie Israel State Farm Agency located in the heart of Columbia, 1920 Bull Street, Suite C, Columbia, SC 29201. In 2014 I started my career with State Farm as an agent team member, since that time I have fallen in love with the State Farm brand. Over the years I have truly learned what it means to be a good neighbor, building relationships with our policyholders and truly making a difference when the unexpected occurs.

My family and I are originally from Haiti, and we are no strangers to catastrophic loss, the thing I love most about State Farm is that, they are always one of the first ones on site of an unfortunate event, to help those who are experiencing the unexpected. We immigrated to the States in 2000 and have made South Carolina our home. My parents Eugene Israel and Rekel Duveau, are my inspiration for everything that I do. Along with my parents, my sister Deborah Israel, and husband Roderick Coatney are my biggest supporters. My husband and I welcomed our first child July 2023, as our lives have change with our son so has our insurance needs, as your life changes please consider reaching out to our agency. Its important to plan protection for the things and people that are important to you.
